Congratulations to Thomas Keating, PPA doctoral student examining US-EU relations on attaining the prestigious Fulbright-Schuman scholarship award.  Thomas, who is supervised by Lisa McInerney and Tom Lodge, will be a Scholar-in-Residence at the School of International Service in American University whilst in Washington DC.
