Caitlin Ryan was the Feminist Theory and Gender Studies Executive Committee student representative and presented a paper at the International Studies Association's Annual Convention in San Francisco, 3-6 April 2013 on 'The subjected non-subject:  Biopower and resistance in the Occupied Palestinian Territories'.  She was also a roundtable participant: 'Fieldwork methods in sensitive or dangerous locations'
