The MA in Peace and Development is a one year, full-time programme in which students investigate debates about the origins and nature of conflict and explore a range of approaches to conflict resolution. Students examine contemporary cases of conflict and responses to these in depth; and gain insights into the increasingly close connections between peacebuilding and development in theory and practice. The course prepares students from diverse backgrounds for a career or further research in related areas. Students also benefit from the close affiliation of the Department to the Centre for Peace and Development Studies.
Entry Requirements
