Philip has over the past twenty years experience in both a paid and voluntary capacity working in a broad range of civil society organisations in the UK, Ireland and in Africa. Specialising in education, youth and community development and equality, he currently works as a freelance process and management consultant for community, statutory and commercial organisations.
