Rory Costello will be at the ECPR Pan-European Conference on EU Politics in Tampere, Finland next Thursday giving a paper on 'The Distribution of Power among the Parliament, Council and Commission in the EU' co-authored with Robert Thomson of Trinity College Dublin. It is part of a panel marking 20 years of legislative codecision in the EU.
