Frank Häge was invited to present a paper at the conference ‘Beyond the Lisbon Treaty: Re-Examining EU Institutions and Governance’, which was organized by the Institute of European and American Studies of the Taiwanese Academy of Science (Academia Sinica). His contribution focused on the effects of institutional rule changes, brought about by the Lisbon Treaty, on the efficiency of legislative decision-making in the EU Council of Ministers.
