Abstract: Choosing to research Palestinian female suicide bombers/martyrs results in some challenging methodological issues. My presentation will focus on my recently completed field research trip to Palestine. I spent six weeks in December and January interviewing Palestinian women throughout the West Bank. I will discuss my methodology for my field research, the reflexive process I employed and some of my preliminary results.
