HOST CHINESE NEW YEAR'S DINNER

On Wednesday 2nd February the University of Limerick hosted its annual Chinese New Year Dinner at Chun's Restaurant in Castletroy to celebrate 2011 - The Year of the Rabbit.  Joining the 100 or so full-time Chinese students currently enrolled in UL were members of the International Education Division, the Graduate School and visiting Chinese Faculty. Earlier in day the International Society and Campbell's Catering also honoured this important cultural occasion by offering a special Chinese festive menu in the specially decorated Eden Restaurant.
