The University of Limerick is seeking nominations for the election of two graduates to its Governing Authority for a five-year term of office commencing in December 2012. Overall authority for the affairs of the University is vested in its Governing Authority which is appointed in accordance with the Universities Act, 1997. Information on the nomination process and voting in the election is available at www.ul.ie/graduateelection. 

The deadline for receipt of completed nomination forms is 17h00 GMT Friday 5 October 2012.

Voting in the election will be by electronic means only.  In order to vote graduates must be a member of UniversaL, UL’s alumni online community, at www.ul.ie/graduateelection
Graduates may vote from 09h00 GMT Monday 19 November 2012 to 17h00 GMT Tuesday 20 November 2012 at www.ul.ie/graduateelection. The Seanad Éireann Rules PR-STV electoral system will apply.
