University of Limerick

A nationwide survey of students in Ireland has rated the University of Limerick the most popular university in the country with an 85% satisfaction rating. The survey also found UL to be the most active college, supporting its title as Ireland’s sporting campus.

The survey, commissioned by CourseHub.ie, asked students to share their honest opinions on their course and college life, received over 10,000 responses making it one of the largest of its kind ever conducted in Ireland.

Vice President Academic & Registrar, Professor Paul McCutcheon said; “We welcome the findings of this comprehensive survey of over 10,000 Irish students who have given UL an 85% satisfaction rating. We are not surprised at this outcome as these findings correspond with the results of student satisfaction surveys that the University of Limerick has conducted for many years. At UL we pride ourselves in offering a range of innovative programmes, one of the largest co-operative education programmes in the country and a focus on providing the best student experience.”
