Event Content: The objectives of this seminar are to:
•    to describe age changes in population and implications for aging workforce
•    to describe characteristics associated with four age generations of employees within the workforce
•    to review traditional approaches and goals to recruitment, selection and retention of employees
•    to reframe HR practices in light of aging and age diverse workplace
•    to identify areas where research and knowledge is available and where there are gaps in our research on workforce age diversity
