Whatever job you are applying for your CV is crucially important. This workshop will focus on what employers expect on an application form or CV. It will cover areas such as tailoring your CV, keeping it concise, layout and format. While acknowledging the importance of recording academic and research skills it will also address the need to document transferable skills when applying for jobs. This is a practical session so bring a copy of your own CV and a copy of a job description you might be interested in.
