Jenny Daisley is one of the most experienced and skilful women's development consultants in the UK, with a lifetime of experience in the field.
A Scot, she has run countless development programmes for women in a wide diversity of roles, most notably, the award-winning 'Springboard Women's Development Programme', which she developed with Liz Willis as a follow on to their Women's Development Programme which was developed for women in the BBC back in 1988. She has subsequently trained over 1,000 trainers around the world, from Latvia to South Sudan, and from Saudi Arabia to Australia.
Jenny is also the author of several books on women's development issues, including the 'Springboard Women's Development Workbook' which has sold over 200,000 copies, in several different countries and languages. Jenny was personally awarded a 'European Woman of Achievement Award' for 'developing pan-European understanding and inspiring others'.
Having worked her way up from the bottom, (in the Civil Service and the WRAF) she has personally encountered many of the issues experienced by women at work. This is a woman who 'walks the talk' and continues to seek opportunities for her own life-long learning.
