The Irish Chamber Orchestra Building

 The University of Limerick International Women's Day Conference will take place at the newly opened Irish Chamber Orchestra Building(ICO), pictured left ,at the University of  Limerick.  The building is situated on the North Campus.

The Conference will be mainly based in the Main Hall of the ICO building, which allows ample space for round table discussions while also providing an intimate venue for question and answers sessions.  Lunch will be provided in the Millstream Common Room, just a few minutes walk from the ICO across the University's Living Bridge.

Please note the conference venue manager has informed us that stiletto heels and steel tipped shoes are strictly not permitted on the acoustically engineered floors of the Irish Chamber Orchestra building.

Travelling to the University of Limerick

The University is situated on a superb riverside campus of over 133 hectares with the River Shannon as a unifying focal point. T he campus is located 5km from Limerick City and 20km from Shannon International Airport.  The campus is in both County Limerick (South Bank) and County Clare (North Bank).
