• This programme is aimed at existing or potential Academic managers/leaders within the university.
• The aim of the programme is to enhance skills in key areas such as people management, resource management, strategic planning, and leadership, as well as  develop an understanding of the culture in which managers operate

There are six key modules within this programme:  13.5 Hours

The University Context 1.5 hrs

Leadership and Management 3hrs

University Cultures and organisational management 3hrs

Strategic Planning 2hrs

Managing People 3hrs

Managing Resources 2hrs

Learners are self-directed and manage own learning to complete the programme at times that are suitable to themselves.
