Pregnant, Post Natal and Breastfeeding Employees
As the earliest stages of pregnancy are the most critical ones for the developing child, all pregnant employees are strongly encouraged to notify their supervisor as early as possible so that a Pregnant Employee Assessment can be carried out.
The purpose of the risk assessment is to ensure that there is no H&S risk posed by working conditions to the mother or her unborn/nursing child.
