Hourly Timesheets Self Service
The Core Portal Hourly Timesheets Module allows employees to submit and approve hourly timesheets. In order to access the Core Portal site you must have a current contract with the University and a valid UL network account.
New: Core Portal Video Tutorials are now available from the Core Portal homepage. Hourly-paid employees will need to submit an hourly-paid set-up form to the Compensation and Benefits Section in D1-042 in order to receive an hourly contract. For further information on this please contact the Compensation & Benefits Section; compandbens@ul.ie.
Hourly-paid students will need to submit a Temporary Casual Student Set-Up Form to the Payroll Office in A2-029 in order to recieve authorisation to use Core Portal. For further information on this please contact the Payroll Office; salaries@ul.ie.
