• To understand the impact of not dealing with issues
• To identify the legal obligations placed on the employer through the Unfair Dismissals Acts and the Industrial Relations Acts

Working with Contracts of Employment - Programme aims:

• The contract of Employment - employee & employer rights
• Understand the impact of legal changes on contracts
• Different types of contracts used in UL - implications of each type of contract
• Working with contracts of employment
