2. COMPETENCY FRAMEWORK This is a collection of the competencies required for success at the University.Competencies are often described as the behaviour, skills and attitude required for performance in a particular role.

3. JOB EVALUATION: Administrative staff who wish to have their post evaluated may do so by completing their Role Profile Template and sending to Pat Rockett, HR Officer, Employee Relations & Equality, Room E1-008 or Ext:3574.
