1. ADMINISTRATIVE GRADE STRUCTURE,

2. COMPETENCY FRAMEWORK This is a collection of the competencies required for success at the University. Competencies are often described as the behaviour, skills and attitude required to perform in a particular role.

3. JOB EVALUATION: Administrative staff who wish to have their post evaluated may do so by completing their Role Profile Template and sending to Pat Rockett, HR Officer, Employee Relations & Equality, Room E1-008 or Ext:3574.

4. THE ROLE PROFILE TEMPLATE This identifies the key components of each administrative role in the University and provides a structure for writing a role profile.

Technical staff who wish to have their post evaluated may do so by completing the Job Evaluation Application Form below and sending to Pat Rockett, HR Officer, Employee Relations & Equality, Room E1-008 or Ext:3574.
