Performance Development Review System (PDRS)
The University of Limerick is committed to the Performance and Development Review System (PDRS) to ensure the alignment of team and individual objectives with the University's strategic priorities. The overall focus of the system is on improving performance and enhancing professional/career development.
Workshops are provided for Managers/Supervisors who are responsible for conducting 1-1 Review Meetings with direct reports. Click Training Schedule to view course dates, times etc.
NEW MEMBERS OF STAFF are required to attend a Half Day Workshop (PDRS Reviewee) which will introduce you to the system as it operates in UL. Click Training Schedule to view course dates, times etc.
In advance of your PDRS 1-1 Review with your Manager/Supervisor, you will need to complete the PDRS Approved Form.
