The Master of Engineering in Computer and Communications Systems will appeal to graduates with primary degrees in electronics or computing who wish to focus on a career in telecommunications, as well as to those with other science or engineering backgrounds who wish to work in the telecommunications industry. The course is offered in two modes, part-time and full-time (subject to demand). The part-time mode facilitates students currently in employment. It is a block-release course over four academic terms, spanning two years. The full-time mode spans a single academic year, and requires full-time attendance on campus. Both versions have the same academic content. The course consists of a taught component and a project.
