This one-year, full-time MA in Politics is a new programme offered by the College of Humanities. At the end of the programme, students will have a solid understanding of the study of contemporary political issues and systems. They are introduced to the key conceptual and practical problems in studying politics, whether studying the behaviour of international organisations, states, parties, new social movements, or voters. The programme is designed to attract able and ambitious candidates with an upper second class degree or better in a suitable discipline and with an interest in understanding contemporary societies at sub-national, national and international levels.
