Orientation packs will be emailed to all students in the middle of August. Orientation packs will only be emailed to students that have met the entry requirements for their chosen programme and that have paid an acceptance deposit for that programme. If you do not hear from us by the middle of August, please contact Postgraduate Admissions at 353-61-234377 or email postgradadmissions@ul.ie. Please allow a full day for the orientation and enrolment process.
Online Enrolment
Enrol Online In Advance of Orientation - Available from 3pm, the 14th August 2017
Activate your computer and email account
- Provide fee information and pay your fee online (if applicable)
- Enrol online on your programme
Before you complete these tasks, you need to have the following information to hand if you are resident in Ireland;
- Your Personal Public Service (PPS) Number
The instructions stages for completing the enrolment task are as follows (Details on how to complete these tasks are in in the Notice to Enrol email sent to you.)
Step 1 - Activate your Student Computer and Email Accounts. This must be done first or you will not be able to access any computer resources on or off campus.
Step 2 - Log into your Student Portal
Step 3 - Complete the Online Finance Task (If you eperience difficulties determining your fee liability and/or paying your fees, please contact the Fees Office directly at student.fees.office@ul.ie or 061 213007.
Step 4 - Enrol Online for Your Programme - From 3pm, 14th August 2017
