Clinical Liaison - Senior Administrator - Psychiatry support
- Scheduling teaching activities, updating of records and collection of teaching resources for students of Psychiatry
- First line support to students based in UL Hospitals Group affiliated Psychiatry sites.
- First line support to Consultant Supervisors/Adjuncts based in UL Hospitals Group and affiliated sites regarding Psychiatry student placements
- Responsibility for the timely return of formative and summative Psychiatry ITA forms, including inputting scores and liaising with Assessment Team.
- Detailed knowledge of and support to the coordination of Year 4 Psychiatry assessment.
- Administrative support to Psychiatry faculty based in UL Hospitals including diary management, travel arrangements and any other school commitments and activities.
- Orientation of Psychiatry students at UL Hospitals Group and affiliated sites and input to overall clinical Orientation project
- Psychiatry placement co-ordination with Executive Administrator
- Support for assigned once-off events and training annually (i.e. annual lectures/Meetings and Study Days i.e. Psych Research Study Day)
- Psychiatry Department Research support as required
- Committee support: Clinical Teaching Meeting
- Set up for new clinical tutors of Psychiatry on UL systems and provide basic induction to UL systems and programme
- Support EA/SEA as required
- Participate in Schools Developmental projects and Quality Management Process as required
- Liaise with Suppliers; raise Purchase requisitions on Agresso system for all events/training/discipline specific workload including processing of Teaching payments/ Student Travel Claims etc.
- CAL Access control system management
- Co-ordination of all GEMS rented accommodation with CAL manager/off
- To be familiar with the roles of other Senior Admins in the office so in their absence the office can run efficiently.
