The workshop will enable the participants to further develop their knowledge of best practice in medical student assessment.

The Objectives of the workshop are:

To introduce the evidence base for using SBAs in medical education

To explain how an SBA can be composed

To demonstrate the process involved in formulating a high quality SBA

To give the participants the opportunity (whilst) working in small groups to compose SBAs
