Meet students on arrival at the commencement of their placement, orientate them to the hospital environment.

First point of contact for students and help with their queries.

Ensure student assessments (ITAs) are distributed, completed and returned to GEMS.

Organise Consultant/student pairings for each student rotation.

Provide administrative support to on site GEMS Surgery and Medicine Tutors.

Liaise with GEMS staff, hospital Consultants and Tutors on issues relating to students.

Book tutorial rooms for GEMS video conferences, tutorials and meetings.
