Profile:
- Supporting the administration of all research projects in the area of Primary Healthcare.
- Providing administrative support to the Project Manager (Primary Healthcare Research) and Principal Investigator in the management of projects.
- Supporting communications across projects: organising meetings and teleconferences, note-taking, liaising with project personnel, formatting documents, preparing and processing forms, liaising with relevant personnel in GEMS, UL and externally, developing SharePoint site for Primary Healthcare.
- Coordinating the procurement of travel, equipment, stationery etc.
- Assisting with the planning of national and international trips and conference attendance for research team.
- Supporting the development and implementation of procedures for the group, for ex. secure storage of research data in line with relevant University policies.
- Planning and running project-related events such as seminars, conferences, launches and visits by external research collaborators.
- Supporting the Principle Investigator and Project Manager in the development of new opportunities and collaborations.
