***Applications are now open.***
Please note- there are a limited number of places available and will be allocated to those who apply early.
The Law of Evidence is the means by which we go about determining accurately what occurred in the past, while also determining how it ought fairly to be understood or interpreted, and how it ought fairly to be evaluated. It is the material offered in court during a trial for the purpose of enabling the finder of fact (judge or jury) to reach a decision on the issues in dispute. The purpose of this online course is to examine all of the main topics within the Law of Evidence.
No cash accepted.. All cheques, bank drafts or postal orders are to be made payable to the University of Limerick.
Please note:
  • As the award and/or credits are issued to the student, it is the student who is liable for the payment of their fees. If you are being sponsored by your company, it is your responsibility to enclose the full fee with your application and work directly with your company for reimbursement. Invoices/receipts cannot be split between student and company.
  • Students will not be registered for their module until the full fee has been cleared.
