The approach is based on the assumption that many of the concepts and tools are already known to experienced managers, hence the emphasis is on common sense, however it is not common practice all the time. In other words the focus is on closing the gap between what is known and what is really done, and which behaviour is really shown when it comes to leadership.

Facilitator: Ralf is an executive coach, senior lecturer and leadership advisor who brings 30 years of practical leadership and business experience from corporate environments in Europe, Asia and America. His areas of expertise are leadership issues around team effectiveness(matrix and virtual issues), emotional intelligence (empathy, stress management, assertiveness, conflict management), alignment and maintaining commitment along mission, vison, golas and values,as well as resilience and sustainability.
Ralf is a Senior Assosiate with OMGA International. Prior to commecning his career in consulting, Ralf spent years in corporate management funstions in area and product management (around Marketing and Sales) in spain, Portugal and Sweden and was later CEO of an International manufacturing company. Ralf has worked as a consultant with Fortune 10/ble chip companies across the globe in all sectors mainly professional services, financial services, technology, telecoms, healthcare and pharmaceuticals
