Brennan Court is a Guest House located in Kilmurry Village Residence
at University of Limerick. The Guest House offers suitable overnight accommodation for
visiting lecturers, new staff and short stay visitors to the University (1-5
days). Managed by Campus Life Services who develop and manage all
University on-campus accommodation, it is an attractive apartment style
residence providing a guest house option to suit straitened University
budgets.
The Accommodation
The accommodation is provided in two four bedroomed apartments on a
shared basis for overnight stays of up to 4 weeks. One apartment is
designated for short stays while the other is for longer stays.
The apartment comprises large ensuite rooms suitable for work and private
reading while a large kitchen / lounge provides a venue for dining and
relaxation. The apartments are furnished to the highest standards
throughout. All bedrooms are connected to the University network.
Services
A daily cleaning service is provided for short stay (bed and breakfast)
guests while service is by arrangement for those staying for longer periods.
Breakfast: A continental breakfast is delivered daily to the
apartment for short stay guests. Breakfast for longer stay guests is
optional.
The accommodation aims to offer an alternative to hotels for short stay
visitors who prefer to be close to the University. Visitors to the Guest House can enjoy
the amenities and ambience of our attractive campus while avoiding the
expenses and inconvenience of taxi transport to and from hotels.
