Lunchtime Seminars - UL and Irish Aid

November brings a series of engagements between UL and Irish Aid, focusing on research and public policy issues of mutual interest.
A series of lunchtime seminars, each co-convened by a UL faculty member and an Irish Aid official, will take place each Wednesday in November in the Kemmy Business School.
The aim is to build our institutional relationship, and to bring together academic and policy perspectives on a selection of issues from the Agenda 2030 framework.  
Each session will feature speakers from Irish Aid and UL, followed by an interactive discussion. The full schedule is as follows:
November 7th : Partnership and the SDGs – Sheila Killian (KBS) and Vincent Maher (Irish Aid)
November 14th: Adaptive Programming – John Lannon (KBS) and Mark Montgomery (Irish Aid)
November 21st: Education – Paul Conway (EHS) and Carol Hannon (Irish Aid)
November 28th: Blended Finance – Eoin Reeves (KBS) and Chris Somerville (Irish Aid)
 
The seminars will take place every Wednesday in November, from 1-2pm in the Kemmy Business School, room KB2-13).
