Tom has particular expertise in the area of survey research and has worked extensively on the Cranfield surveys of human resource management in Ireland conducted at the department of Personnel and Employment Relations at the University of Limerick. His publications include some 24 international referred journal articles, numerous national refereed Irish journals, book chapters and is author/editor of a number of books.
