Personal Profile: 

Michelle is a Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour in the Department of Personnel and Employment Relations. She received her M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University (2004, 2008) and her B.A. in psychology from St. Mary's University of Minnesota (2001).
 
Her research focuses on understanding the influence of leadership on employee well-being at work, including factors such as meaningful work, work-life balance, and creativity and innovation. Additionally, her research examines the processes of leader development.
