Personal Profile:
As a lecturer in project management, Catriona is responsible for providing core academic support to the Masters in Project Management Programme by distance education and is currently progressing her PhD. Catriona completed her M.P.M. (1st Class Honours) at the Centre for Project Management in 2008 and is also a tutor on the distance education masters group since September 2007.
With 12 years industry experience, Catriona has a proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects and programmes within the Financial Services industry. Her diverse experience includes leading extensive organisational change, large scale operational efficiency and complex regulatory and IT development programmes.
Catriona is an active member of the Project Management Institute (Ireland Chapter) since 2004 and is currently serving as Regional Officer on the National Committee.
Catriona's research interests include programme management, strategy implementation and the changing paradigm of project management.
