Personal Profile: 

Andrew Rock is a graduate of the University of Limerick, B.B.S (Personnel Management) in 2003 and M.B.S. in Human Resource Management in 2004. He received the Dean's Award for Outstanding Graduates of the Kemmy Business School (KBS) and Best MBS Student Award (full time) at the 13th John Lovett Memorial Lecture (CIPD Ireland and KBS). 

Andrew previously held an Irish Research Council for the Humanities and Social Sciences postgraduate scholarship (IRCHSS) and Dean's Scholarship, Kemmy Business School. He is currently completing his doctoral thesis on the relational qualities of managerial mentoring. Andrew is a member of the Academy of Human Resource Development (AHRD), the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD), and the University Forum for Human Resource Development (UFHRD).
