She will also examine our aversion to risk and fear of failure.

About the Speaker

Dr. Michele O'Dwyer is an Associate Dean at the Kemmy Business School in the University of Limerick. As a Senior Lecturer in entrepreneurship, innovation and marketing at the University of Limerick, Michele works with both undergraduate and postgraduate students encouraging them to explore their own entrepreneurial potential. Before joining the faculty at the University of Limerick, Michele worked as a marketing and market research consultant, investigating marketing issues in a diverse range of industries in Ireland and across Europe. Her continuing close links with industry, support her research interests which focus on innovation in SMEs, SME marketing, new product development and marketing communications.
