The Centre for Project Management (www.cpm.ul.ie) offer a number of short training products designed to give people project management skills and knowledge which they can readily apply to their project own settings. The courses are designed to be fully interactive with learners having full opportunity to explore project management standard frameworks and good practices with a practical application focus to real examples.

All courses are instructor lead, classroom based, incorporating structured hands on activities and case studies designed to enhance learning experiences by giving practical illustrations of the successful adaptation of good project management practices. In addition as a Registered Education Provider (REP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI) all our courses can provide credit hours for those wishing to claim Professional Development Units (PDUs).
