The department offers a suite of programmes at Certificate, Bachelor, Master and Doctoral levels.  In addition to the major option in Human Resource Management offered to undergraduate students on the EPAS accredited Bachelor of Business Studies Degrees (BBS Hons.), the department also offers a dedicated Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons.) in Human Resource Management and Certificate in HR & Supervisory Practice run on a part-time basis.  At Masters level, both an EPAS accredited Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resource Management and a Master of Science (MSc) in Work and Organisational Psychology/Master of Science (MSc) in Work and Organisational Behaviour are offered on a full-time and a part-time basis.

Derived from academically rigorous and intellectually stimulating fields, these undergraduate and graduate programmes offered by the department prepare graduates for a range of careers in Private, Public and Not-For-Profit Organisations.  Typical graduate employment encompasses areas such as Human Resources, Management Development, Employee Relations, Training and Development, Management Consulting, Organizational and Leadership Development, in addition to employment in academia and research.
