Parking Permit Renewal

The issuing of new 2017-2019 parking permits will commence on 1st November 2017. All existing permits require replacement. Existing permits remain valid for the months of October and November until all permits are issued.

 

The Buildings and Estates Department will contact each faculty / division / department manager / administrator by e-mail with a schedule of dates for permit collection.

 

Please wait to be advised by your faculty/administrator.

 

New staff members needing parking permits can collect their permit Wednesday to Friday, at the new time of 3 to 4pm ONLY, room AM-065 (Main Buildings Office). Thank you for respecting these times.

 

Please remember to bring along the appropriate documents as outlined on the Buildings and Estates Department website http://www.ul.ie/buildings including a current UL staff ID card. All terms and conditions are outlined here.

 

Human Resources issue new cards 12noon-1pm only, Monday – Friday.
