CUES Event: Donal Ryan in Conversation

Donal Ryan, author of The Spinning Heart joins Una Woods (School of Law), Elaine Doyle (Kemmy Business School) and Ronni Greenwood (Department of Psychology) in conversation to discuss the impact of the recession on certain aspects of Irish life. The Spinning Heart examines the effects of the economic downturn on a small Irish village and was longlisted for the Man Booker Prize in 2013 and won both the Guardian First Book Award (2013) and the Irish Book of the Year Award (2012). 

This event will take place in the Wood Room, Plassey House at 2.30pm on November 6th and is followed by tea/coffee. All welcome.
