Centre for Historical Research Research Seminar Series Tuesday, 24th February, 5.15 p.m. Venue: The Board Room, Glucksman Library, UL Dr Gerard Patrick Noonan (Trinity College Dublin) Irish Republicans in Britain and the First World War Dr Gerard Patrick Noonan is a graduate of the University of Limerick, University College Dublin, and Trinity College Dublin. Dr Noonan’s research interests encompass the Irish Revolution 1910-1923 and the Irish in Britain. Dr Noonan’s monograph, The IRA in Britain, 1919-1923: ‘In the Heart of Enemy Lines’, was published last year by Liverpool University Press.
